Refund policy

Return Policy (Individual Accounts)

Returns:

- Returns must be requested and received within 30 days of delivery.

- Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

- A return postage fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. This postage fee allows us to provide pre-paid return labels for all approved returns and helps cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

- The return postage fee is not built into our product pricing. We believe in offering our products at the fairest possible cost, rather than inflating prices to account for returns.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. If a final sale item arrives broken, we can issue store credit (please see our damaged items policy below). 

Exchanges:

- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping Responsibility

- Duralex USA, Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse.

- Customers are encouraged to retain tracking information for all return shipments.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items do not need to be returned unless otherwise requested.

You may choose one of the following:

  • Full refund, store credit or a replacement set will be sent

 - If part of a set arrives damaged 
We will offer one of the following:

  • Store credit or send replacements for the damaged item(s)

All B2B / Wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to review product details, quantities, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
