Duralex USA, Inc. Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship orders outside of the continental United States. Primary shipping methods are UPS Ground or Second Day Air and in some instances USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We currently offer any free shipping promotions to the continental USA only.
In stock orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, are typically shipped in 5-7 business days from purchase, and arrive in 5-7 business days once you've received a shipping confirmation. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Our staff and facilities will be on holiday (and therefore the office and warehouse will be closed) on the following dates:
- Nov 28: Thanksgiving
- Dec 24: Christmas Eve
- Dec 25: Christmas Day
- Dec 31: New Year’s Eve (close at 12 pm eastern)
- Jan 1: New Year’s Day
Please note the following cut off windows for Christmas Deliveries (via ground shipping).
- Central / West Coast: Last day to order is Wednesday, Dec 04.
- East Coast: Last day to order is Friday, Dec 06.
For orders shipping to apt. or over $200 value, a signature is required at delivery.
Duralex USA, Inc. Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
- Reason for Return
Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private, traceable parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged, we do not credit shipping for buyer remorse. Duralex USA, Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure / track their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with UPS and FedEx.
Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging.

Shipments to residents are subject to applicable sales taxes. No sales taxes are applicable elsewhere at this time.
