I already loved the quality of the glasses and figured the bowls would likewise be durable. I often have many bowls for prep work and these are far superior than using soup or salad bowls. I have nice plastic mixing bowls, but if making something with onion, I then have to allow the bowl to soak a bit in a vinegar mixture. The glass solves that problem. I wound up leaving a quinoa salad in the bowl (that’s where a lid would be nice). I wanted somethign like this but storage is always an issue. However, I have already used them multiple times in the short period I have had them, and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

This set is the best workhorse for the kitchen! Easy to clean, durable, and keeps the prep before cooking or baking easy! Love the nesting ability for storage. I know I will have these for a long time.

These are wonderful bowels... from the absolute smallest to a really nice size mixing bowl. They stack neatly... are great for mixing or for presenting food and condiments on the table. This set is very large and they size up incrementally... that also easily fit into one another , so do not take up any more space than the largest bowl on its own... Which is quite nice. What I learned from this set, is that I use much more of certain sizes than others. Whats nice is that each of these sizes can be purchased separately. If you find you need multiple bowls of the same size (handy when you are serving on the table or preparing a large number of condiments, etc.) then you can buy them separately... However, I think this 10 piece set is a great way to get started and find out what sizes you would wish to have multiples of.

While this set is certainly not the cheapest one out there, it is high-quality and durable. I am reassured that the glass is lead-free, cadmium-free, and safe for my family. It is made in France by a company with longevity. I may update this review with the actual volume of each bowl, because the small ones are not that useful to me, and I wouldn’t mind if there was one more even larger.
